Hyperflâneur is a hypertext, annotatable excerpt of Walter Benjamin’s Arcades Project. It builds on the Exhibit 3.0 faceted browsing tool and the Open Knowledge Foundation’s Annotator library. Its goal is to reveal the inherently interlinked, hypertextual nature of Benjamin’s original notes, and to offer fresh and deeper dives into the philosopher’s extraordinary note collection.
